Jiaxing Jiuli Trading Co., Ltd. is the seller for purchases made through averunoa.com. These terms explain the ordering process alongside our Shipping Policy and Return Policy. Please review them before paying.
Choosing an item
Check the product name, selected variation, price, quantity, dimensions and attachment details in the listing. Our small charms and bag accessories differ by design. Do not assume that an item is a toy, suitable for every age, machine-washable or intended to support weight unless the specific listing states this. Ask us about missing information before purchasing.
Prices, payment and order review
Store prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes and shipping charged through checkout are shown before you submit payment. Use a payment method offered at checkout; payment providers handle authorization under their own terms. We do not ask you to email full card information.
An order acknowledgement confirms that we received your request. Fulfillment remains subject to payment authorization, stock availability and reasonable order checks. If we cannot supply the order, we will tell you and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled items. For a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you about the available options rather than charge an unexpected amount.
Delivery charges
We currently accept shipping addresses in the United States, subject to address availability at checkout. Standard shipping costs US$3.99 for orders below US$39 and is free for qualifying orders of US$39 or more. An Express option, where offered, costs US$5.99. Changing your mind before dispatch
Email service@averunoa.com as soon as possible with your order number if you need to change the address, selected item or order quantity, or request cancellation. We will try to help before fulfillment progresses too far. A cancellation or change may no longer be possible once an order is being prepared or has shipped; any mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Returns, faults and refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 180 calendar days after delivery. We cover the return shipping cost for approved eligible returns, including a change of preference. Returns go to the warehouse in China identified in our instructions, not automatically to our business address. Return Policy explains eligibility, the request process and refunds.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us with the order details and relevant photographs where available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy without passing costs that we are responsible for onto you. Please report delivery problems even if carrier tracking says “delivered”; that scan alone does not automatically close an inquiry.
Offers and applicable rights
Any promotion is subject to its stated eligibility, dates and conditions. Discounts can be combined only where the offer permits it. Nothing in these purchase terms limits rights or remedies that mandatory consumer law protects. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the legal rules relevant to the transaction, including any non-waivable protections where you live.
The terms applicable when you place an order are not replaced retroactively by later website updates.
